Story
The Pinot Noir grapes were harvested from the estate on August 25 and crafted in a purposeful rosé style. Fruit was hand-picked, sorted, and destemmed, then left for overnight skin contact before pressing. The juice was fermented in neutral oak barrels and aged sur lie. With limited skin contact— where most tannins reside—this rosé shows a softer, more delicate structure than a typical saignée style.

Tasting Notes
A soft coral hue defines this 2025 Rosé, opening with fragrant notes of fresh strawberry, sunlit orange blossom, and ripe white peach. The palate is vibrant and expressive, layering juicy raspberry, crisp watermelon, and bright rhubarb with a hint of zesty kiwi. The finish is clean, invigorating, and beautifully refreshing.
