To inaugurate this exciting culinary journey, our proprietor, Jean-Charles Boisset, invites you to an intimate morning at the Estate House, surrounded by the beauty of our Biodynamic Garden.
Your experience begins with a revitalizing 9 AM yoga session, awakening both body and spirit. From there, step into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking class guided by the acclaimed chefs of Relish Cooking School. Together, you’ll transform the bounty of our gardens into a delicious culinary spread, then gather at the table to savor the fruits of your collective creativity, paired perfectly with DeLoach wines.
The morning concludes with a guided tour of the Kathleen Thompson Hill Kitchen Memories Collection, an extraordinary tribute to the timeless connection between cuisine, history, and culture.
